Listen up Tok School - MAP Testing started today for the high schoolers! High schoolers will be testing for the rest of the week, so parents, if you're reading this, tell your kids to go to bed early and eat breakfast so they can do their best on the test. Next week, on the other hand, middle school will begin their testing.
MAP Testing is about seeing your growth over time, and knowing your academic ability. AGSD administers MAP Testing three times a year, so the district hopes for the students to increase scores in each test they take.
Tok students will be in their advisory class to take the test. Between the time of 8:30am to 10:00am students will be in their class testing. After 10:00am the rest of the classes will be 25 minutes long until after lunch. The schedule will go back to normal in the afternoon.
